Becky leads The Beryl Institute’s long-standing webinar program, keeping a pulse on the healthcare landscape to identify relevant topics and working with industry leaders to share experience learnings and proven practices. She also oversees many of the Institute’s learning programs to ensure participants can actively engage in professional development opportunities that meet their individual and organizational needs and will guide and enhance their experience efforts. Prior to joining the Institute, Becky spent seven years working for a professional membership association providing education, fellowship and career development for long-term care leaders. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and sociology from the University of Notre Dame. She lives in Cleveland, Ohio and enjoys spending time with her three children.
