My name is Anne Llewellyn. I am a registered nurse with forty years of experience in critical care, risk management, case management, patient advocacy, healthcare publications and healthcare training and development. I am also a Brain cancer survivor.
I am a Past President of the Case Management Society of America and was awarded their Lifetime Achievement Award in 2015 for her service to the industry.
I have written extensively and lectured nationally and internationally on the topics of case management, care coordination, transitions of care and patient advocacy.
